Lumè is the operating system for modern med spas, built by people who watched friends run their spas on tools made for someone else.
The story
Med spas were running on software built for someone else.
We watched a friend’s spa lose 45 minutes every Saturday morning to a platform that couldn’t quite take a deposit, couldn’t quite send a reminder, and couldn’t quite show the front desk what was happening at the other location.
The problem wasn’t that spa. It was that every option was built for a different business and asked medical aesthetics to fit around it. So we built one around the actual workflow instead: the consultation, the consent, the treatment, the payment, the follow-up and the next visit.
