Luna, the AI front desk built into Lumè

The front desk that never forgets.

Luna is the AI front desk built into Lumè. It texts clients when they’re due back, follows up after a no-show, answers texts at any hour and books the reply on your real calendar.

Be honest, how often does your front desk actually follow up with clients who are due back for Botox, filler or laser treatments? And what about the clients who never showed up?

Those aren’t just missed follow-ups, they’re appointments that could’ve been on your calendar. Revenue you could’ve brought back.

Meet Luna, your AI front desk that never forgets. Luna answers calls and texts, remembers who’s due for their next treatment, follows up with no-shows, and helps bring those clients back onto your calendar automatically.

Your clients shouldn’t be forgotten, and your revenue shouldn’t depend on someone remembering to follow up. Let Luna take care of it.

Follow-up is the first thing to slip.

The front desk is checking people in, taking payments and answering the phone. The follow-ups wait for a quiet moment that rarely comes.

  • Clients drift past their next treatment

Toxin, filler, laser and facials come back on a cycle. Working out who’s overdue means going through visit history one client at a time.

  • No-shows wait for a call back

Reaching out after a missed visit falls to whoever has a free minute, and the longer it waits, the harder the rebook.

  • Texts arrive after you close

Clients message in the evening, when they’re thinking about their next visit. A reply the next morning can be too late.

Why the follow-up pays.

Published research on how quickly an inquiry goes cold and how often appointments are missed. These aren’t Luna’s results: they’re what’s at stake when follow-up waits.

Each one works from the same client record and books into the same calendar your team uses.

Luna works out who’s due for their next treatment from their last visit and the timing you set, texts them from your spa’s number, and books their reply with the provider they saw last.

This multiplies out the numbers you entered, including your own estimate of how many Luna books back. It isn’t a promise of results. Luna is included on Pro and Enterprise, and its texts use your plan’s included messages.

From a missed follow-up to a booked visit.

  1. A client comes due, misses a visit or texts you
  2. Luna texts from your spa’s number
  3. They reply
  4. Luna offers real openings
  5. Booked on your calendar

Your team sees the conversation in the inbox and the visit on the calendar, the same as if someone at the desk had booked it.

You set the rules.

Luna does the remembering and the booking. Your team decides what it handles and can step in on any conversation.

Off until you switch it on
We set Luna up with you, and you try it from your own phone before a single client hears from it.
It starts narrow
At first Luna only answers conversations Lumè started: a no-show, rebooking or website-lead text. Answering every text is a separate switch.
Only clients who agreed to texts
Anyone without SMS consent, or who replied STOP, is never texted. Rebooking reminders also keep to your quiet hours.
It knows when to hand off
A clinical question, a complaint, a payment dispute, a cancellation or a request for a person goes to your team with an alert, and Luna steps back.
Real prices and real openings
Prices come from your service menu. Times come from your live calendar with a provider who performs the service, checked again before it books.
Your team can take over
Every text is in the client’s inbox thread. Pause Luna on any conversation, and set a daily limit on how many texts it sends.

Good to know

  • Calls are an add-on on any plan, with Lumè Phone.
  • On Starter, rebooking reminders are an add-on and include your booking link instead of a reply Luna books.
  • Luna’s texts come out of your plan’s included messages.
  • Nothing goes out until you switch it on.

Questions spas ask about Luna

Is Luna a separate app?
No. Luna is built into Lumè. Its texts are in your inbox, its bookings are on your calendar, and everything it does is on the client’s record. There’s nothing else to log in to.
Whose number do the texts come from?
Your spa’s own Lumè number, in your spa’s name. Replies come back to the same thread your team already uses.
Will it text our whole client list?
No. Rebooking reminders only go to clients who come due after you switch them on, at most once every 30 days, and only if nothing is booked. No-show texts only follow visits missed after you switch them on.
What happens when a client asks something medical?
Luna passes it to your team with an alert and stops replying in that conversation, so a provider can answer. It does the same for complaints, payment disputes, cancellations and anyone who asks for a person.
How much could Luna bring in?
It depends on how many clients come due, miss a visit or message you, and how many of them book. The calculator on this page multiplies out your own numbers. We don’t quote a recovery rate, because every spa’s clients are different.
Can Luna answer the phone?
Yes, with the AI voice agent add-on and Lumè Phone. You switch it on when you close. While it’s off, calls ring your team as usual.
Which plans include Luna?
Pro and Enterprise. Calls are an add-on on any plan. On Starter, rebooking reminders are available as an add-on and include your booking link.
