Is the price on this page what I’ll actually pay?+
Yes. Starter is $149/month and Pro is $349/month, with extra locations at $199. The only things that change your quote are how many locations and providers you have and how much data we’re migrating, and migration itself is free. We confirm the exact number on your demo call.
Is there a discount for paying annually?+
Yes. Billed annually, Starter is $124/month ($1,490 a year), Pro is $299/month ($3,588 a year) and Enterprise starts at $1,249/month. That is up to 17% off monthly billing.
How do I get started?+
Every plan starts with a personalized 30-minute demo on your real service menu and provider list. From there we scope your setup and migration and get you live in two to four weeks. There is no self-serve trial; the demo is the fastest way to evaluate Lumè on your actual operations.
Is migration really free?+
Yes, on every plan, and we do the work. We import your clients, visit history and future appointments from Zenoti, Vagaro, Acuity, Podium or a spreadsheet export. Starter covers up to 500 client records from one source system. Pro has no record limit and takes any source system, and Enterprise can move several systems at once.
Can I add staff or a location mid-term?+
Yes. Pro includes one location and you can add up to four more at $199/month each. Beyond five locations, Enterprise adds a dedicated success manager, a 99.9% uptime SLA, unlimited staff seats, and migration from multiple systems at once.
Is the BAA actually included?+
Yes. The Business Associate Agreement is part of the standard contract on every plan, not a paid add-on. See /baa for what it covers.
How does card processing work?+
Payments are built in on every plan, so you don’t set up or pay a separate payments vendor. We set up your merchant account during onboarding and confirm your rate then.
What about texting and email volume?+
Starter includes 500 texts and 2,000 emails a month, Pro 1,500 and 20,000, Enterprise 5,000 and 100,000. Texts beyond that are billed per message at the rate quoted with your plan; for email you add a pack when you need one.
What if I want to leave?+
You leave with everything you put in. CSV export is one click on every report, and exporting your client data is free, every time. Cancel with thirty days’ notice and we won’t bill the following month.
