Manhattan Laser Spa is a full-service medical spa. Its menu runs from injectables and laser hair removal to CoolSculpting, microneedling, facials, permanent makeup and wellness treatments.
A team of ten, six of them providers, works from one location on the Pro plan.

A spa this size doesn’t start fresh. Its clients, their membership balances, prepaid packages and thousands of notes all lived in Zenoti, and the front desk needed every one of them on day one.
Everything came across.
Lumè imported more than 8,600 client records, over 1,500 active memberships, more than 2,500 packages with their balances, and more than 5,000 client notes, along with upcoming appointments, so bookings carried straight on.
Their full service menu came over too, with 15 form templates and 14 treatment-record templates set up for the clinical side.
